French Lick Casino Opens a £13 Million Tower

The French Lick Casino has constructed a tower worth £13 Million in an attempt to attract more golfers as well as sports bettors. It’s a six-story tower that includes a 71-room hotel. The addition means that the French Lick Casino will have three hotels. The tower also has 12 suites which can be arranged one – three-bedroom facilities. You will also find the Valley Sports Bar, which is near the French Lick Casino sportsbook.

The French Lick Casino Golf Director, Dave Harner, told the media that the new additions should be able to help the resort attract more customers. The Golf side of the casino has the three courses, which include the Donald Ross course, which has been around for a century. There is also a course that was designed by Pete Dye, who is well-known for designing golf courses across the USA.

A lot of people are familiar with the  Casino through the Hall of Famer basketball player Larry Bird. However, the resort has been a popular way before the basketball player.

Sportsbook at French Lick Casino Thriving

With the construction of the tower, the French Lick Casino management is hoping to attract more sports fans to their land-based sportsbook. The online division of the sportsbook is doing exceptionally well, and they are hoping the success will spill over to the land-based sportsbook.

The operator of the  Casino sportsbook, Rush Street Gaming, was one of the first operators to offer mobile betting through BetRivers. Months after the launch of mobile sports betting, the casino reported revenue of $8.4 million due to sports bets.

Overview

The Casino is quite renowned and has managed to earn a high rating when it comes to one of the top holiday destinations in the United States. These high praises came after the casino closed down for renovations in 2006.
